Biog:
J SMOOTH began dancing as a child, starting with hip hop, new jack, b-boying and house dance as the styles he danced before he began popping which he now specialises in. Inspired by Poppin' Taco from the iconic movie Breakin', J Smooth became hooked on popping and has never looked back since.

From 2002 J Smooth began to take his dancing to the next level and in 2003 became part of the world renowned California based crew Machine Gone Funk and has gained a wealth of accolades over the years.

J Smooth has travelled the world and won many major international competitions including Freestyle Session Japan, B-Boy Summit, Juste Debout and the UK B-Boy Championships World Finals.

Alongside being a world class competitive dancer J Smooth has also featured in numerous stage shows, videos and commercials and performed with artists such as Katy Perry and Mims. He is a member of the incredible LXD (Legion of Extraordinary Dancers) and was also a featured dancer in the Step Up 3D movie.

A true talent and always pushing his art to the next level, J Smooth is most definitely an unstoppable force!
