Biog:
Ajay aka "AJ-47" is a member of SOUL MAVERICKS Crew.

Ajay's passion for b-boying and raw talent has led him to have an extensive full time dance career. His style of b-boying is unmistakeable and myth defying. At 6ft 2ins Ajay's abundant mix of originality, powermoves, character and stage presence are magnified by his stature to great effect, creating exciting shapes delivered with fantastic flow and energy.

Ajay has performed in music videos, in commercials, on stage and on television. Recent accolades range from dancing in the brilliant stage show "Afrika Afrika" to performing with Plan B at the 2011 Brit Awards and featuring in the Ballet Boyz cutting-edge interpretation of Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring" for BBC3 Television. Highlights with Soul Mavericks Crew include winning the National Championships to represent the UK at the "UK B-boy Championships World Finals" and winning "Battle of the Year UK".

Following in the footsteps of his mentor and coach DJ RENEGADE, Ajay also teaches b-boying. He is currently mentoring the "Breakin' Hearts Crew" from Highworth Grammar School for Girls who recently won "Tru Skool" 2011 (the national schools competition). Ajay is proud to be laying the foundations for future generations to build upon and is a great role model for aspiring dancers.
